Forgotten password
If you have forgotten your password, you can request a new one.
Click the sign-in link in the invitation e-mail. The Log in to your account page opens in the browser.
Enter the project room name and click Next. The Log in page opens.
Click Forgot password. The dialog opens.
Enter your e-mail address. The name of your project room is already entered.
Click Send. If the system recognizes the e-mail address and project room you entered, an e-mail containing Reset password link is sent to the e-mail address you entered.
Open the e-mail and click Reset password within 60 minutes. Thus, you confirm that you have requested a new password. Another e-mail is sent to your account.
In the new e-mail, click Set password now within 60 minutes.
Enter a new password and click Change password.
Use the new password to log in.
Your ARIS Advanced access has been restored.
