Move a model or an object

With the Designer license, you can move a model or an object to another database group in the same database.

Procedure. Procedure

  1. Click Application launcher Application launcher > Models and objects Models and objects.

  2. Click the Database with versioning capability database you want to use and navigate to the relevant database group. When you select the group, its contents are displayed in the details view.

  3. Move the mouse cursor over the row of the item you want to move. The More More icon is displayed next to the item name.

  4. Click More More > Cut Cut.

  5. Select the group in which you want to move the model or the object.

  6. Click the More More icon of the group and click Paste Paste.

The selected item is moved.

Tip

You can move multiple models and objects at the same time. To do this, activate two or more check boxes of models and objects and click Cut Cut displayed above the navigation bar. Now you can paste them into another group.
