Procedure. Procedure
  1. Click Application launcher Application launcher > Published content Published content.

  2. Navigate to the group where the relevant model is stored and select the model. The fact sheets are displayed.

  3. Click the name of the model you want to edit.

  4. Click Edit model Edit model. The model is opened on a new browser tab.

  5. Click More More options > Request unpublish. The Confirmation dialog opens.

  6. Confirm that the model is no longer to be published.

  7. Click OK. The model reopens read-only and the Request unpublish dialog is displayed.

  8. Enter a comment to explain the unpublish request.

  9. Click Send. A completion message is displayed.

  10. Click OK.

The person responsible receives an e-mail with the relevant information and a link to the associated task in My tasks. If the person responsible rejects the request, the model is not unpublished. If the person responsible approves the request, the model is automatically unpublished, and the current version is removed from the database.

If you are using a two-level database setup with a development database and a publishing database, you unpublish the model in the development database. The model remains in the development database for a later reuse and is removed only from the publishing database.
