Configure database user

Specify a user responsible for the interaction with ARIS Advanced server. The user's login information is required for processes executed in the background, for example, the automatic following of posts. Only one database user can be specified at a time.

Prerequisites

  • You have the Project room management privilege.

  • You have the required database access privilege.

  • The user to be configured as database user must have the Project room management privilege.

Procedure. Procedure

  1. Click Application launcher Application launcher > Collaboration Collaboration.

  2. Under Administration, click Configure database user Configure database user.

  3. Enter the user name and the password of the relevant user.

  4. Click OK.

The database user is specified.
