Reactivate expired subscription
If a subscription is expired, you can no longer log in. As the owner of the project room, you can reactivate the subscription. Depending on how you purchased the subscription, proceed as follows.
Within 14 days, open the e-mail you received from ARIS Advanced and follow the instructions.
