Publish database

Publish the databases you want to make available under Published content Published content. There, users can access the fact sheets of the models and objects of the databases.

  1. Click Application launcher Application launcher > Administration Administration.

  2. Click Publication settings. The databases are listed.

  3. In the row of the relevant database, click Edit Edit.

  4. Select the publication mode.

    1. No publication: the database will not be published.

    2. Auto publication: the database is published automatically.

    3. Manual publication: the database is published manually. This option is only available for versionable databases. You can select Request approval to enable the approval workflow for the publishing process.

  5. Click Apply.

The content of the databases is published in Published content.
