Manage processes

Manage and monitor workflows in their various status.

Prerequisite

You have the Project room management privilege.

Procedure. Procedure

  1. Click Application launcher Application launcher > Administration Administration.

  2. Click Workflows. The process instances are listed.

  3. Use the Filter Filter to obtain a better overview of the processes. You can combine different filter criteria.

  4. Click Apply filter. The list of process instances that match the selected filter criteria is displayed.

  5. Show details

    Select an instance and click Information Show details to view additional information about the instance, such as IDs, context, History , Current activities , and Console .

    1. Under History, click the ID of a process instance to display input and output data.

    2. Under Console, you can find messages related to the instance. For failed instances, for example, the log entries help you to find the cause of the failure.

  6. Restart failed activities

    To restart a failed activity, click the relevant process that has the status Failed , then click Undo/Retry Retry . The activity is restarted with the same data as the failed activity from where it failed. The process instance continues.

  7. Delete instances

    To delete workflows, select at least one instance, then click Delete Delete . The instances are deleted and removed from the list.
