Configure languages
Use configuration languages to specify the names and descriptions of all items that are managed in the Configuration section for this project room, such as method items, filters, templates, font formats, content type sets, and evaluation scripts.
If you have the Viewer or Designer role plus the Architect role and the Project room management function privilege, you can manage languages that are available in the Conventions section on this project room.
Use the buttons and links on this page to start the required action. If you start an action, the breadcrumbs can take you back to the required page.
You can do the following:
Add languages in which you want to specify the names and descriptions of all items in the Conventions section of this project room.
Click
Application launcher > 
Administration.Click Conventions.
Click Languages.
Click
Add languages.Select the required languages from the listed system languages that are available on your machine and click Add.
The languages are added to the list.
Delete languages in which you no longer want to specify the names and descriptions of all items in the Conventions section of this project room.
Click
Application launcher > Administration.Click Conventions.
Click Languages.
Select the languages that you want to delete and click
Remove.To confirm the action, click Remove.
The languages are no longer available in the Conventions section.
