Create and use favorites in the search

In the Search area, you can create favorites and save them for reuse in the Search and in My favorites My favorites to filter the content based on your own filter criteria.

Example 1.

The user John Designer creates the My processes (self-defined) favorite, which lists all own processes in Published content Published content.



Procedure. Procedure
  1. Click Advanced search in the search field at the top of the screen. The Search area opens.

  2. Select the Published content context if not already selected.

  3. Click Process in the Filter Filters area. All published models of EPC type in the selected database are displayed.

  4. Click Show more in the Properties section of the Filter Filters area.

  5. Click Responsible and enter John Designer in the name field.

  6. Click Save favorite Save search query as a favorite next to the database name. The corresponding dialog opens.

  7. Enter My processes (self-defined) as the name.

  8. Click OK.

The favorite is saved in Filter Filters and in My favorites My favorites.

To use a favorite in the search area, click Favorite Favorites in the Filters bar and click the favorite setting you want to use.
